Billing Questions Request

Eastside Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C. accepts most insurance carriers. We will bill your insurance carrier directly. We require that co-payments be paid at the time of your visit. If your insurance requires pre-authorization for your visit, it is your responsibility to ensure that authorization is completed prior to your visit. Please bring your insurance card(s) with you. If you are not covered by insurance, we require payment at the time of the visit. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards. If financial problems arise or you have questions about fees or insurance, please contact our office billing department at (586) 775-4594.
